XRM應用分享 | 混凝土性能表征

混凝土材料是一種不同于鋼材、瀝青等建筑材料的非均相復合結構,表現在微觀(guān)上,主要呈現出內部的多孔形態(tài)、微裂紋的不確定性以及骨料與水泥漿的界面效應等,即使是強度高性能混凝土,也會(huì )不同程度地含有微孔隙和微裂紋,這就使得對混凝土各組分微結構孔隙和性能進(jìn)行試驗并調試變得尤為重要,而采用無(wú)損檢測技術(shù),尤其是XRM技術(shù)對混凝土微結構孔隙及界面進(jìn)行分析是當前逐步興起,并已證明是較為有效的一種檢測方法,具有精度高、可持續性好等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

利用XRM對再生混凝土的微觀(guān)結構進(jìn)行表征,Skyscan1173,4.5um.
